She Still Hates Bath Time 😂 Baby Monkey Yumi’s Cute Little Tantrum

Baby Monkey Yumi may be one of the sweetest little girls in the whole troop, but when it comes to bath time… she still has the SAME dramatic reaction every single day! Today was no different. The moment she saw the warm water being prepared, her tiny face changed from calm and happy to full of suspicion. Yumi already knew what was coming, and she was not ready at all!

As soon as I called her name softly—“Yumi, come here baby, time for your bath”—she immediately clung to my shirt like her life depended on it. It was the cutest thing ever! Her little hands squeezed tightly, and she even made that tiny squeaky sound she always does when she’s pretending to complain. She didn’t want to walk, didn’t want to let go, and especially didn’t want to sit in the water.

But even though she tried her best to resist, her tantrum was more adorable than serious. Yumi puffed her cheeks, looked away with her dramatic side-eye, and even tried to hide her face behind her tiny hands, as if that would magically make bath time disappear. When I gently put her into the water, she froze for two seconds… then immediately twisted her body like a little worm trying to escape. She let out her soft baby monkey grumbles that sounded like she was saying, “Nooo, not again!”

Still, once she realized the water was warm and soothing, her attitude slowly changed. Her little shoulders relaxed, her eyes softened, and she finally allowed me to clean her tiny hands and feet. By the time I finished washing her belly, she even started enjoying the gentle splashes. That’s the funny part about Yumi—she always hates the beginning, but she always loves the ending.

After the bath, wrapped in a fluffy towel, she looked like the cleanest, cuddliest baby in the world. She snuggled close, seeking comfort after her “big battle.” Her tantrum may have been dramatic, but it was also unbelievably cute. Yumi might still hate bath time, but one thing is clear: every moment with her is full of sweetness, laughter, and love.
